Here are a few ways in which you can contact us at your convenience and in a manner you prefer.
The New Citizen's Action Center
Our Citizen's Action Center is an online dashboard where you can read answers to frequently asked questions by department or topic; inquire about an issue, topic or service; report a concern or code violation; or contact us at your convenience - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. When you send an inquiry through the CAC dashboard, it automatically emails the appropriate department. And, our Departments are equipped and ready to research your concern and respond back to you with resolve in a fast and efficient manner. You tell us how you want to be contacted and we will follow-up with you when we have the answers to your concerns. Of course, you are more than welcome to offer a constructive suggestion, relay a concern, share a complement, or make a suggestion on the CAC, as well, with or without the need for follow-up. Coming Soon - The Citizen's Action Center Mobile App
We are happy to announce that you will soon be able to access the Citizen' Action Center via your mobile device. We will be offering a mobile application that will allow you to inquire, report and contact us through your favorite mobile device - phone or tablet. With this download you will have access to reach us via your phone or tablet while you are out and about, away from your computers, emails, or post office. We will have more to share about this feature soon.
