Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA

Request for Public Information:


A person desiring to inspect or receive a copy of a public record must submit a request via the online FOIA request portal. A written request may be made by our internet portal or other electronic transmission, but it is not considered to have been received by the FOIA coordinator until one business day after the electronic transmission is made. In order to inspect or receive a copy of a public record, please complete and submit the Request for Public Information Form and return it to the City Clerk’s Office or Public Safety Records Office.
