Summerfest is Almost Here!

Join us for two days of free, family-friendly fun at the 2016 Oak Park Summerfest. This event is hosted by the Oak Park Arts and Cultural Commission, Oak Park Ethnic Advisory Commission, and City of Oak Park. The Summer Fest will feature great bands, family entertainment, and activities, including swimming, miniature golf, inflatables, rock climbing wall, an outdoor art fair, Taste of Oak Park, Detroit Institute of Arts Away Bus, and more. This refreshing event runs from noon to 9 p.m. on Saturday, August 6 and from noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday at the Oak Park Recreation complex, 14300 Oak Park Blvd., in Oak Park, Mich.

Opportunities Still Available:

Volunteers - 2 to 4 hour shifts available throughout the event
