To the Qualified Electors of the City of Oak Park, County of Oakland:
Notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held in the City of Oak Park, County of Oakland on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
At the following locations:

Precinct #1, #2, #3    Norup International School, 14450 Manhattan
Precinct #4    Pepper School, 24301 Church
Precinct #5 & #6     Oak Park Community Center, 14300 Oak Park Blvd
Precinct #7 & #8     Oak Park High School, 13701 Oak Park Blvd
Precinct #9 & #10     Einstein School, 14001 Northend
Precinct #11    Oak Park Preparatory Academy, 23261 Scotia
Precinct #12 & #13    Oak Park Preparatory Academy, 23261 Scotia
Precinct #14    John F. Kennedy School, 24220 Rosewood

For the purpose of voting candidates for the following offices and voting on the following proposals:

Proposal 21-01 Renewal of Partial Headlee Override Millage for Public Safety Purposed, Proposal 21-02 Renewal of Partial Headlee Override Millage for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal 

Full text of the ballot proposal may be obtained at the City of Oak Park office located at 14000 Oak Park Blvd, Oak Park, MI 48237. Sample ballots can also be found at www.michigan.gov/vote. 

Absentee ballots are available for all elections; registered voters may contact the local clerk to obtain an application for an absent voter ballot.

To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contact the city clerk in advance of the election. All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities.

NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON 
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2021
OAK PARK, MICHIGAN 

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF OAK PARK:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Oak Park who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the City Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, other designated state agency, or online at www.michigan.gov/vote. Voters who are already registered may also update their registration at www.michigan.gov/vote.

The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, October 18, 2021

After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.492) at the Oak Park City Clerk’s office, located at 14000 Oak Park Blvd, Oak Park, MI 48237 at the following times:
•    Regular business hours: Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
•    Saturday, October 30 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
•    Election Day, Tuesday, November 2 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that voters of City of Oak Park will be voting for the purpose of electing candidates for the following offices:
Mayor for the City of Oak Park
Two (2) Council Members for the City of Oak Park
Voting on the following Local proposals:

Proposal 21-02

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a public accuracy test on the following date and time for the purpose of testing the accuracy of the tabulating equipment and programs which will be used to tabulate voted ballots for the General Election in the City of Oak Park to be held on November 2, 2021.

The Public Accuracy Test will be held at:
