*Electronic Fingerprint Transmission Requests MUST be accompanied by a signed Livescan Fingerprint Request Form (RI-030) complete with a Requestor / Destination ID
*CPL Fingerprint Requests can ONLY be completed after the applicant has submitted the application to Oakland County Clerk's Office
